Make your event extra fun with these classic parachute activities:
Mushroom / Umbrella – Everyone lifts the parachute high into the air, then brings it down to the ground to trap air inside like a big dome.
Make Waves – Players shake the parachute to create big or small waves.
Treasure Under the Sea – Place lightweight items (like small toys or beanbags) under the parachute; kids lift and lower it to “hide” and “reveal” the treasure.
Parachute Tag
Everyone lifts the parachute high into the air. When the leader calls out a player’s name (or a color/number assigned to them), that person must run under the parachute to the other side before it comes back down. If they don’t make it, they’re “tagged.”Popcorn – Toss balls or balloons on top of the parachute and shake to make them bounce like popcorn.
Parachute Twister – Call out colors (if parachute has sections) and kids must run and switch spots without letting the parachute fall.
It can be used with balls, balloons, or other lightweight toys to create exciting cooperative games and challenges. Please note: balls, balloons, or other accessories are not included with the rental.
