Monster Party Rentals
Our Photo Booth Damage Waiver helps protect you from unexpected accidental damage during your rental. Please review the details below before choosing whether to purchase the waiver.
Equipment Covered
This agreement applies to the rental of the Photo Booth Unit and all included accessories provided by Monster Party Rentals.
Optional Damage Waiver
Renters may purchase an optional Damage Waiver for $75.00. When selected, the waiver provides protection against accidental damage to the rented equipment during the rental period, subject to the terms below.
Coverage Details
If the Damage Waiver is purchased, it:
Covers accidental damage only.
The waiver does not cover:
Theft or missing equipment.
Intentional misuse or negligence.
Damage caused by failure to follow operating instructions.
Damage caused by liquids, weather, or improper storage.
Any damage not covered by the waiver remains the responsibility of the renter.
Declining the Damage Waiver
If the Damage Waiver is declined:
The renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or destruction of the equipment.
The renter agrees to pay the full replacement cost of $899.00 if the equipment is damaged beyond repair or not returned.
Responsibility & Care
Renters agree to:
Use the equipment safely and properly.
Supervise use at all times, especially around children.
Protect the equipment from weather, liquids, and misuse.
Payment for Damages
Any applicable repair or replacement costs will be charged to the renter within a reasonable timeframe after the event.
